Her approach is collaborative and results-driven, fostering sustainable organizational growth. Having lived in Amsterdam, Paris and Madrid, Joana has gained a broad international perspective and a deep understanding of different cultural contexts, which enriches her ability to design tailored HR solutions that meet the diverse needs of organizations and teams.
